Specifically within our Public Sector business, for the NHS and Local Authorities, Centrom works closely with its EDRMS partners to deliver solutions combining their Document and Records management capabilities, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Web Content Management (WCM) systems with other suitable technologies to deliver solutions for ISA, ICS, ESCR, SAP, and S4BH.
In looking to address these complex requirements, Centrom have recognised that a combination of specialist technologies would be necessary, and that alongside core records and case management functionality as provided by the EDRMS technology, and the structured data management provided by the EPR vendors, further key requirements existed for data integration, data cleansing and federated searching.
