Low cost EDRM solutions for Local Authorities
Centrom’s Local Authority EDRM solutions are built using the market leading Alfresco technologies. Using Alfresco’s DoD compliant baseline product, Centrom is developing ISO 15489 and MoReq2 modules that will enable our Alfresco electronic records management solutions to be compliant with legislation such as the Public Records Act & FOI 2000, whilst Document Management functionality provides efficiencies in document management: one copy, one location, reliable indexing, and easy documents discovery. Documents can be versioned, removing out of date copies, and review processes automated to ensure completion within prescribed deadlines.
Our modular approach to providing Document and Records Management solutions allows customers to implement departmental Document, Records or Content Management solutions which can then be scaled to offer full EDRM; implemented in a structured manner; with significant economies of scale achievable through the deployment across the enterprise.
